Adoration

I close my eyes
to the fear
and welcome
chromatic ribbons
of hope, of light
they vibrate adoration
and I’m not a body
with aching joints
but a dusty soul
hovering
refracting
r e a c h i n g
again

  1. I love the promise of renewal here Tricia, especially as I’ve been suffering a few aching joints recently, both physical and spiritual…

  2. Not sure I’ve been here before, but this is beautiful Tricia, especially, having started rather matter of factly as you gather up rather magically towards the close

  3. Itโ€™s a while since I wrote a Twitter poem, Helen; I identify with this one, especially the aching joints. Iโ€™d love to be a โ€˜dusty soulโ€™ hovering, retracting and reaching again.

    1. Yes, we all are reaching for something in these bodies, our purpose keeps us around! I take it as a compliment to be mistaken for Helen, ๐Ÿ˜† Old dusty souls unite!
